The Google Nexus 10 tablet was one of the best creations from the US tech giant and consumers are hoping for a successor to come soon. Well, the wait for Nexus 10 2 has reached two years since the Nexus 10 came out and fans are worried that there won’t be a successor at all.

This is until the hopes got reignite after Google Play Store, listed the 16GB and 32GB Nexus 10 tablet as out of stock. This is similar to how the Nexus 4 went out of stock on the Play Store before being replaced by the Nexus 5.

Now, there is a lot of debate going on about the manufacturer of the Google Nexus 10 2. It was first thought to be a mix-up between LG and Asus. The former is known for developing the Nexus 4 and 5, and the latter was responsible for the latest Nexus tablets. However, a new name has emerged and it is Samsung.

If Samsung were to sit at the helm, then the Nexus 10 2 is believed to come with a different specifications. Tipsters hinted that the tablet will run on the Exynos 5 processor with 3GB RAM, 16GB/32GB internal storage, 5MP rear shooter and 3MP front camera. The display will offer 2560x1600p resolution.

Even with the confusion going on, fans believe that the problem is with the manufacturer. The company that will develop the Nexus 10 is still undecided, thus causing the long delay.
