For a couple of years now, fans have been waiting for the Google Nexus 10 2 and there is still no sign of the tablet coming. Now, rumours are suggesting that there won’t be a Nexus 10 2 at all. Instead, Google will be releasing the Nexus 12.
This upcoming large tablet will have a screen size of 12 inches and it won’t come with the menu buttons. This is identical to Samsung Galaxy Pro tablets that had just been introduced during the last CES.
On a long shot, the Nexus 12 might just be based on the Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12.2 or even the Galaxy Note Pro. Then again, there is still no telling on what the 2nd generation Google Nexus 10 be based on.
Notorious leakster, @evleaks, hinted that the Nexus 10 2 will be made by ASUS. On the other hand, Google successful partnership with LG could mean that the latter will be at the helm of production.
For the fans, all they hope for is the Nexus 10 2 to come with 3GB of RAM, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor or the Tegra 4.
