We all know that Google has been toying with the idea of an Android VR headset ever since they came out with the first Google Cardboard and now it looks like they are ready to get serious. In fact, they might have just confirmed it.
According to Android Police, the Android VR from Google appeared on their Google Play Developer Console. Although nothing happens when you click on the icon, it does indicate that Google might be working on something.
The I/O Developers conference is happening this week which means we might actually be seeing the device at the event next week.
It is believed that the new Google Android VR will come with a lower price tag compared to the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift and will also come with some built-in display and sensor.
The I/O Developers Conference will be happening on the 18th of May.
