Last year, we witnessed the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and noticed the huge gap between it and the old Note 3. Following that, Samsung launched the S6 and once again, the smartphone is miles better than the older S5.
Soon, Samsung will be unveiling the Note 5 but will the next-gen phablet come out to be far more superior to the current Note 4? For us, we don’t think the Note 5 is going to be a big jump from the Note 4.
Looking at the smartphones from this year, display resolutions are still stuck at QHD. This isn’t going to change on the Note 5. Also, considering the fact that the S6 has a smaller battery than its predecessor, there is a chance for the Note 5 to come out with a smaller capacity battery too.
This is convincing enough for us to discourage every Note 4 user from upgrading to the Note 5 in September. The right moment to do so is when Samsung launches the Galaxy S6 smartphone..
