Most people will have to deal with the morning traffic every day when they make their way to the office and getting stuck in a jam is pretty common. To help their customers deal with the traffic, they have introduced a new stop-go tech that will help make things easier.
Ford explained that the new Stop-go system will help the driver accelerate and brake while keep a safe distance from the car in the front taking some stress away from the driver.
The system will work with the adaptive cruise control. Customers can also decide the cruising speed of the vehicle and the distance they prefer to have between the car in the front.
The system will work with the radars and camera’s on the Ford Fusion to estimate the speed and distance of the vehicles in front and make adjustment according to the data. If everything goes well with the Ford Fusion, we should be seeing a few model coming with the same system in a few years time.
