It is no secret that the Flappy Bird gaming application got retired a month ago and ever since then, plenty of clones of the epic game has been created and shared on both the Apple Store and Google’s Play Store.
Today, the amount of clones has reached at an all-time high with 864 types of Flappy Bird being added on the Play Store. Amazingly, a whopping 24% of the whole amount enjoys good ratings. We have gone through the list and the findings made were astonishing.
If you have yet to play Flappy Bird or a game similar to that, here are three apps to lookout for.
1. Splashy Fish
It could be that the developer for this one wishes to avoid any lawsuit filed against him. As such, a gaming app has been created where a fish is controlled to manoeuvre around obstacles much like its Flappy Bird counterpart.
2. Flappy Wings
This other clone offers a slightly different flavour to the original. Instead of the usual tap to move around obstacles, Flappy Wings adds in floating coins for players to collect.
3. Flappy Bieber
The young pop international pop star has somehow landed itself in this game. Similar to how Flappy Bird works, players control Bieber’s head as they avoid hitting the obstacles in place.
There you have it. The best Flappy Bird replacements in the market at the moment. Again, that list of clones is a growing number. Who knows? The most awesome of all clones might just be coming soon.
