There have already been a fair few report reporting that Faraday Future is not doing well financially and that they will need their first production model to succeed if they want to stay afloat.
Well, Faraday Future was at CES this year where they showed off their first ever production model, the FF 91. The vehicle will be riding on their own Variable Platform Architecture and will be powered by a 130kWh battery with a top speed of 500mph and an electric range of 378miles. It will only need 2.39 seconds to hit 60mph from a standstill.
According to Faraday Future, the vehicle will need about 4.5 hours to charge up. With all these numbers, the FF 91 does have what it takes to take on the Tesla models but at this point, we are not even sure the vehicles will make it out into the market.
It is believed that the production for the new FF 91 will start in 2018.
