Online gameplay is growing in trend and it looks like Bethesda is going to pick it up for their future title, Fallout 4. This is suggested by the rumours and it also reveals that the online feature is the cause of the long delay for Fallout 4.
According to the rumours, Bethesda is amazed at how well Elder Scrolls Online performed and thus, wishes to turn its future titles into online games. On the other hand, Fallout fans have made it clear that they won’t be pleased if Fallout 4 comes out as an MMORPG.
If the rumours are right, we believe that Bethesda will introduce an Online mode instead of changing Fallout 4 into an MMORPG entirely. That way, fans of the post-apocalyptic franchise can experience both single player mode and multiplayer mode.
As a matter of fact, Bethesda can tailor the Online mode to be like those introduced in GTA 5 and Dragon Age Inquisition. Both AAA gaming titles comes with a separate multiplayer mode and Fallout 4 could come with something similar.
Then again, what is more important is for Bethesda to confirm Fallout 4’s development. The game has kept the fans waiting for years now and they are growing frustrated with every passing second.
