Early iPhone 6 Release Date Hopes Raised As 5S Prices Is On Downfall

This is due to the prices of both the iPhone 5S and 5C going on a crash course. Major retailers like Best Buy, Walmart and MacMall are all pulling down the cost of the duo.

Walmart is the first to sell the iPhone 5S and 5C for the cheap. The entry level for the latter model is now at $27 instead of $99. Of course, this comes with a 2-year contract. The iPhone 5S too got its price tag shrunk. The device is selling at $127 instead of $199.

Over at Best Buy, the iPhone 5 is being sold at $124 instead of $199. This is $75 in savings. MacMall on the other hand are selling the iPhone 5S for $20 and $120 for the 16GB and 32GB respectively. All of the deals come with a 2-year contract with a local carrier.

It is not down to the retailers that are reducing the price. Apple is the responsible figure as they control the pricing of their devices. Nevertheless, it is a great sign of the iPhone 6’s coming.

When it arrives, the iPhone 6 is expected to have a much larger display, powered by a 64-bit processor with M7 graphics and the TouchID feature. There is also a chance for the iPhone 6 to feature a curved display.
