A Twitter user posted a photograph recently and it came as quite a shock to gamers as it showed us that EA were charging Xbox One users money for the EA Sports UFC demo. It was stated as well that the same went for a game demo and also for FIFA 14 in the UK. A check was done over in the UK and US PSN shops, which showed us that EA were not charging money for the PS4 versions of the game.
Since then more details have been revealed and it appears that it was all just a misunderstanding. A EA representative stated that Xbox One gamers being charged was a mistake.
Therefore it is good news for Xbox One users as they now know that they are not being charged to play demos on the console.
