It is not easy being a fan of the Dead Island franchise now. The fans were promised a sequel to the first game not long after the game was released a few years ago and the fans have been waiting for it ever since.
The developers of the game did not make the wait any easier either. The game changed hands and seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth. There were little to no news about the game to the point where the fans thought that Deep Silver has axed it.
The developers later came forward to assure their fans that the game has not been cancel and that they are still working on it but that was all they said. No release date or window was announced and the fans very much in the dark right now.
Some report suggests that we will be seeing the game at the end of this year but with so little details about the game right now, we think that chances of it coming out before 2016 ends are very slim right now.
