CD Projekt Red made it clear that they currently have more people working on the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 game than when the Witcher 3 development was at its peak and now, it also looks like they are right people to work on the game.
It was reported that CDPR managed to get the gameplay producer from Rockstar North to work for them and now, new reports are saying that Kyle Rowley, the lead designer for Quantum Break will also be working on the Cyberpunk 2077 game.
There were also talks about CDPR still looking to hire more people and that the team working on the game is expecting to work long hours. It is clear that CDPR is pushing the get Cyberpunk 2077 completed.
Even with all that is happening, we will most likely not be seeing anything from them until the game is close to complete as they have made it clear that they would like to release the game soon after they announce it.
