It looks like FCA might push both the Chrysler 200 and Dodge Dart off the stage as their work to offer more crossover and SUV models here in North America.
Rumors about FCA axing the Chrysler 200 and Dodge Dart have been going around for some time now but FCA later came out to say that they are not going to abandon them but are instead looking for a somebody to build them.
However, it looks like they just can;t seems to find any automakers to build them. With nobody willing to build them, their next move will be to axe both models. It has been reported that the Dodge Dart will be the first model to go while the Chrysler 200 will stay on for a few more months before exiting the market.
Taking the place of the Dart will be the Jeep Cherokee while the Ram 1500 will take the place of the Chrysler 200 at the Belvidere facility.
