There is no simple method to enjoy your smartphone on a TV than with Chromecast. This special tool is now available for Android smartphones and it allows users to mirror their device to their television set.
To use the feature, users will have to check “Cast Screen” on the navigation drawer of their device. Over at the Nexus devices, the option is available on the quick settings menu.
Upon switching on Cast Screen, the Android smartphone will seek out compatible devices in the surrounding areas. Users will simply select the target device and without further delays, the screen will be mirrored to it.
At the moment, Chromecast for Android is still in its Beta stage and only few smartphones have Chromecast support. Of course, we expect more devices to get involved once Chromecast becomes an official feature on an Android smartphone.
