Bloodborne Offline Crisis Explained, Sort Of

The game Bloodborne went offline yesterday leaving players confuse and in some cases, angry, but Sony has now stepped out to explain why the Bloodborne game was brought offline yesterday.

According to Sony, the Bloodborne was taken offline due to an exploit. The game went offline as Sony conducted an emergency maintenance. That was all the explanation we will be getting from Sony.

Kotaku, however, speculated that the emergency maintenance might because of The Old Hunter DLC. It was reveal that the exploit in the game could be about the DLC being offered for free and that was the reason why it went offline.

Sony added that it might take a few days before the game comes back on, but it was reported a few hours ago that the game is now back online. They also release a new patch to fix the bug with the survival status of the NPC.
