Apple iPhone 8 Will Not Be As Safe

The main goal for smartphone manufacturers right now is to make their device as safe as possible and that is where all the new fingerprint sensor and iris scanner comes in.

With the new Apple iPhone 8, new reports are suggesting that Apple is looking to ditch the reliable fingerprint scanner for a new yet unreliable scanner. According to Ming-Chi Kua, a KGI analyst, the Touch ID will be replaced by a new face-identification sensor.

We all know that fingerprint is way more secure than facial recognition and some fans are worried that Apple’s move will make the iPhone 8 more vulnerable. However, according to Ming-Chi Kuo, the Apple iPhone 8 will also come with a new form of the fingerprint reader.

It is believed that the new fingerprint reader will be embedded underneath the display so that it is invisible. Samsung might also be offering a feature like that this year.
