It does seem like everybody wants to lose some of the extra weight as more than a few models are said to be coming in with a lighter weight even when they are measured to be slightly larger than their previous model and the BMW X5 is no exception.
Reports suggest that the BMW X5 will be coming in with a lighter body when it arrives in 2018. Spies has spotted the BMW X5 and from what we can see, the BMW X5 will be coming in with a shorter rear overhang and longer front overhang.
Since the test mule was heavily covered in camouflage tapes, most of the design details in still a mystery right now. It is believed that the BMW X5 will be arriving in 2018 as a 2019 model.
There is not a lot of details about what the BMW X5 will be offering right now so all we can do is wait.
