We know that Mercedes will be taking the covers off their 2018 Mercedes-Benz S-Class model next month although we still haven’t received an actual date yet so before that happens, here is what we know of the S-Class so far.
The 2018 Mercedes-Benz S-Class will be coming in with a few exterior upgrades. We do not know how the upgraded model will look like but based on the spy shots, we know that only the lightings and bumper will be changed while the rest should remain the same.
The S-Class will get a new inline six petrol engine with a 48V electrical system. According to Mercedes, the engine is better than the eight-cylinder unit since it is equally powerful but more fuel efficient at the same time. The four and six-cylinder turbodiesel engine from the E-Class model will also make it over. So will the 4.0 liter V8 Biturbo AMG engine.
On top of all of that, the S-Class will also come with an upgrade semi-autonomous feature. More details will be announced next month so stay tune.
