There were a lot of concern that the Mercedes-AMG E63 will not be able to smoke some tires when it arrives. Many believe that Mercedes would end up reducing the power of the upcoming all-wheel drive but it looks like they were worried for nothing.
The Mercedes-AMG E63 S will be coming in with a 4.0 liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that will be delivering about 603hp and 627lb ft of torque. Mercedes showed off how the Mercedes-AMG E63 S can still dominate the track with its all-wheel drive system.
Like the Ford Focus RS, the Mercedes-AMG E63 will also come with a new Drift Mode that will allow users to drift the car easily but unlike the Focus RS Drift Mode, the one in the Mercedes-AMG E63 works by pushing all the power to the rear wheels making the car into a rear wheel drive model for that period of time.
