Jeep will be working on a new pickup truck based on the upcoming Jeep Wrangler. Based on what we know Ford has planned right now, the new Jeep Wrangler pickup truck will be coming in to compete with the Ford Ranger.
The Ford Ranger was taken out of the US market due to poor sales but with the demand for trucks on the rise now, Ford really need one to compete in the US market and they have decided to bring back the Ford Ranger.
Not only will the Ford Ranger be coming after Jeep but it has also been reported that Ford might be planning to build a new Ford Bronco based on the Ford Ranger. If that is the case, the new 2018 Jeep Wrangler will have a new enemy to face when it arrives.
The name Bronco itself will turn a lot of heads so we might actually see Ford give Jeep a run for their money.
