The problem with popular models like the Jeep Wrangler is that the manufacturer would often struggle to keep up with the demand of their customers and customers will end up having to hunt around for the new model but it looks like that won’t be happening with the Jeep Wrangler.
Jeep announces that they will be upgrading their Toledo plant to that they can actually cope with the demand of the upcoming new Jeep Wrangler. The plant, which delivers about 240,000 units of Jeep Wrangler yearly will be upgraded so tat it will be able to push out 450,000 units yearly.
Of course, not all the models will be the new Jeep Wrangler. It is said that the plant will be producing only 350,000 units of the Jeep Wrangler yearly and 100,000 units of the upcoming Jeep Wrangler truck.
FCA has invested $7000million in their Toledo plant which will in turn create an additional 700 new jobs.
