We understood why Ford needs to use aluminum to build the bed on the Ford F-150 but that does not mean that the fans will be happy about it.
The lighter truck bed will help improve the performance and fuel economy of the Ford F-150 significantly but it is also not the strongest material available. The Ford F-150 have been teased for having a flimsy bed but it looks like Ford has no plans to switch things up.
The latest spy shots revealed a Ford F-150 with a new front design and well as new rear styling. The rest of the vehicle should remain the same because this is just a facelift after all.
We are also expecting to see some powertrains upgrades along with some interior upgrades when the Ford F-150 finally arrives. There were also talks about a V6 diesel engine joining the lineup but we will have to wait and see if that happens.
