Subaru will be giving the Subaru Impreza an upgrade for 2017 and based on what we know so far, we think the 2017 Subaru Impreza will be the one worth waiting for.
Let’s start with the exterior design. The2017 Subaru Impreza exterior design will be based on the Subaru Impreza 5 door concept that we saw at the Tokyo Motor Show last year. We also know about Subaru habit of not sticking to the concept but if they manage to stay close to the Subaru Impreza 5-Door concept, we think it will be a stunner.
There were also talks about the powertrain getting an upgrade but Subaru has yet to mentioned what kind of upgrade we will be getting. It is currently believed that the Subaru Impreza will be coming in with a 2.0-liter engine and that the engine could be a Levorg engine.
Models that will be facing the 2017 Subaru Impreza will include the Ford Focus, Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic.
