Mitsubishi was at the New York Auto Show this year where they showed off the US version of the Mitsubishi Outlander. They also announced that the new 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV will be arriving here in the US this summer or fall.
Just when we thought the Outlander PHEV is near, Mitsubishi reveals that they will be delaying the release of the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV here in the US. According to HybridCars, Mitsubishi announces that the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV will only be arriving in the US and Canada by next Summer which means those interested in getting one will have to wait for another year before they can get their hands on one.
Of course, this is not the first time Mitsubishi has dash the hopes of their fans in the US. Most people believe that the Outlander PHEV was going to be released in 2014 but that did not happen as well.
With what the Outlander PHEV has to offer, it should be a hit here in the US if it does arrives.
