When Mazda first showed us the upgrade Mazda 3, performance model was still a thing so it made sense for Mazda to actually work on a MazdaSpeed 3 model but Mazda did not. Is now the right time?
We know that interest in performance model has been declining but with Mazda giving the Mazda 3 a facelift, some people were still hoping that Mazda would work on a MazdaSpeed 3 model based on the facelifted model.
Do you think Mazda should do it? Is there still a demand for it? It is believed that if Mazda does give the MazdaSpeed 3 a thumbs up, it would be coming in with the new Mazda CX-9 engine which has been designed to fit inside any of the models that Mazda has to offer.
The current Mazda 3 comes with a 2.0-liter engine that will be offering about 37mpg on the highway and will retail for $22,245.
