Mazda has just revealed the price tag for the 2017 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF Launch Edition. The retractable top model will be coming in with a long list of upgrades but the fans are not going to be impressed when they see the price tag that it will be coming with.
The Mazda MX-5 Miata RF Launch Edition will be coming in with a $35k price tag which is about $10k more than the base Mazda MX-5 model right now. The biggest difference between the new RF Launch Edition and the standard Mazda MX-5 is that is will come with a retractable hardtop.
While it might be a nice option for those looking to have a roof over their head, the fans also thinks that the new price tag defeats the purpose of buying a Mazda MX-5 in the first place.
The Mazda is marketed as one of the cheapest yet fun sports cars to drive on the road. With a price tag like that, the fans are saying that they would rather go for some other models like the Subaru BRZ.
