People get pretty sensitive when you try to compare a manual transmission and an auto transmission especially when it comes to cars like the Miata. While most people would agree that manual cars are much more fun to drive in, there is also some benefits when it comes to driving an auto car as well.
With the Mazda MX-5 Miata transmission upgrade, driving with the automatic should be better now but then again, if you are looking to have some fun behind the wheels of the Miata, the manual is probably the answer here. So what happens if you can’t drive a manaul?
When one Reddit users decided to post this on Reddit to see what the public thinks of a Mazda MX-5 Miata with an auto transmission and as expected, the post exploded with hate comments but if you filter through it all, you will find that those that does give a proper response say that there is no point in getting a Miata if it was paired with an auto since you won’t get to enjoy the vehicle but is that true?
