We’ve got to see what Lexus has been working on all this year when they took the covers off the new 2017 Lexus IS model at the Beijing Motor Show this week.
The model came in with an upgraded exterior design that includes an upgraded grille design, a set of L-shaped daytime running lights, larger air intakes and more. The interior will now be fitted with a 10.3inch display screen. The vehicle will come with three engine option starting from the base 241hp four cylinder engine. There is also a 255hp V6 engine and a 306hp 3.5liter V6 engine.
The previous base model was powered by a 2.5 liter V6 engine that delivered about 204hp and 185lb ft of torque. The engine was mated to a six-speed shiftable automatic transmission and could return about 21mpg in the city and 30mpg on the highway.
