Honda seems to be making all the right move when it comes to designing some of their latest models. They impressed us all with the new Honda HR-V, Honda Pilot as well as the new Honda Civic and we are expecting them to deliver when they bring out the new Honda CR-V.
Although initial rumors seem to suggest that the Honda CR-V new design will be based on the Honda Pilot, new spy shots revealed that the Honda CR-V design will be based on the Honda Civic instead of the Honda Pilot.
While we do think the Pilot is one attractive model, the Civic design might be more appealing to the younger generation and that could be the reason why Honda has decided to choose the Honda Civic instead of the Pilot.
The spy shots reveal that the CR-V will be getting the same grille, headlight, and taillight design. Not only will it look like the Civic but the CR-V will also be riding on the same platform as well. Under the hood of the new Honda CR-V should be a 1.5 liter VTEC Turbo engine and a 2.0 liter VTEC Turbo engine.
