2016 Subaru BRZ vs Scion FR-S: What’s The Difference?

Both the latest Subaru BRZ and Scion FR-S are twin cars that are based on the all-new Toyota 86. Despite being identical in almost every way possible, there are still some differences between the BRZ and the FR-S.

The first difference is with thee front bumper. The exterior feature on the FR-S looks pretty normal but on the BRZ, the front bumper comes with the moustache. The second thing we notice is with the side fender garnish. The BRZ is pretty straightforward with its fake grille while the FR-S features the 86 logo positioned in the middle.

Moving on, the BRZ features a pair of LED headlights with HID. Also, the turn signals are in the headlight. The FR-S does not come with LED and their turn signals are embedded on the bumper.

Last but not least is with the rear suspension. The FR-S is pretty much tail happy, just like the original 86. For Subaru they designed the rear suspension with some thoughts for daily driving.
