2016 Nissan Titan Gas Version: Ugly Means Heavy Duty

Nissan have announced information about their US 2016 lineup, with the starts not surprisingly being the Titan XD and the all-new Maxima.

We have already spoken about both the Maxima and Titan XD in great detail so all we are going to add is that the large pick-up truck will be on the market in spring 2016 and will come with a gasoline engine. No further information about the new engine was provided though.

There will be two more updates to come for the 2016 model year for the Sentra and the Altima which are amongst Nissan’s bestselling vehicles. Nissan have promised that both models will be “significant refreshing” and will provide more information in the near future.

As well as releasing two new models Nissan have also told us there is truth in what has been reported earlier and that the Xterra will be discontinued and that after 15 years the production will end.

While the all-new Nissan NP300 Navara/Frontier can be purchased by everyone in the world, the United States will keep hold of the previous-generation model for the 2016 model year. The vehicle will be available from September and will be available in three new exterior colors and for the Frontier Crew Cab SV model there will be a moonroof.

As far as other model updates for the 2016 model year are concerned, the Versa Note SV will receive more standard equipment, the Pathfinder will get a new high-contrast Almond interior (as well as the option of a Cold Package with the SV grade(, the Rrogue will have more safert assist features, the 370Z Coupe and 370Z NISMO will have a new Bose audio system available to them and the Juke will have options for two new Personal Packages.

As well as that, Nissan will introduce Siri Eyes Free as standard and this will start with the 2016 Juke and Rogue. Tthis system gives drivers the ability to use a voice command button on the steering wheel to utilize the Siri function on equipped iPhones so they wont at any point have to take their eyes off of the road to do so.
