The Mazda CX-5 was given a small half year revision. So what did they change on the 2016.5 Mazda CX-5?
Well, don’t expect to see any major upgrades but the 2016.5 does come with a few additional features. The Mazda CX-5 Sport will now come with a backup camera as well as a 7inch touch screen audio system. Buyers had to cough out $400 to get the Rear View Camera package in the past.
The higher trim model will all be fitted with navigation now. Of course, with all these upgrades comes a new price tag. The base model will now cost $80 more due to the $80 increase in destination charges.
The Mazda CX-5 Sport, on the other hand, will come with a $24,495 price tag while the Mazda CX-5 Touring will now retail for $26,115. The Grand Touring model will now retail for $29,470.
Mazda also revises the prices of the Technology Package for the Touring and Grand Touring model to $1275 and $1155.
