2016 Mazda CX-5 vs Honda CR-V: Pick The Winner

Here we have the Mazda CX-5 and the Honda CR-V. Which of these two model do you think is the better model?

The Mazda CX-5 will be coming in with a 2.0 liter inline 4 engine with four spark plugs that will be mated to a six-speed manual gearbox. The engine will be pushing out about 155hp and 150lb ft of torque. The Honda CR-V, on the other hand, will come with a 2.4 liter inline 4 cylinder engine that will be mated to a CVT. The engine will be delivering about 185hp and 181lb ft of torque.

Both Manufacturers recommend use 0W20 or 5W20 oil for 2.0 liter engine only.

The Mazda CX-5 will return about 26mpg in the city and 35mpg on the highway while the Honda CR-V will return about 26mpg in the city and 33mpg on the highway.

Both models will come with safety features like ABS, stability control, traction control and more. So which model will you pick as the winner here?
