2016 Chevy Camaro Spy Shots Already On Display

Come 2016, Chevrolet will be unveiling the next Camaro and it is going to compete in the muscle car segment. Yesterday, the Camaro was spotted doing some tests on the street and now, we have got more information on the vehicle.

Thanks to the spy shots that were taken yesterday, we are able to confirm that the Camaro is going to be smaller than its predecessors. This isn’t surprising as the car is built on the Alpha Platform. The wheel base might be shorter than the existing Camaro but it still has that typical American muscle car looks, where the windows are small and the body is tall.

Being smaller, obviously the Camaro is going to get a lot lighter than any of its predecessors. In the automotive world, losing weight translates to better performance, efficiency and more power. We can expect the Camaro to enjoy those perks.

Unfortunately, that is all we know about the upcoming Camaro. After all, the Camaro was wrapped inside a camouflage and it is hard to look into detail on the sort of design it has to offer. Nevertheless, we are positive that more information will be coming when we near the Camaro’s release at the end of next year.
