Despite coming in as one of the most fuel-efficient truck in the market and sporting one of the best-looking truck design out there, the Chevrolet Colorado was not doing as good as what many have predicted.
Before the arrival of the diesel-powered model, most people though that the low sales number was because people were waiting for the Chevrolet Colorado Duramax model to arrive but it looks like the late arrival of the Chevrolet Colorado Duramax model was not to blame after all.
After a few delays, Chevrolet finally released the Colorado Duramax model earlier this year and while it has received positive reviews, the Chevrolet Colorado overall sales numbers are still far from what the Toyota Tacoma, their biggest rival has achieved.
It is believed that it is because of the slow production rate of the Chevrolet Colorado. Chevrolet later announce that they will be upgrading another plant to increase their production rate. Will that do the trick?
