It is no secret that Volvo is producing the XC90 and here at the Paris Motor Show, we can see the Swedish SUV being the centre of attention among the crowds. This is not surprising as there is a lot of anticipation for the XC90.
Like how it was described, the vehicle looks super unfriendly. Aside from its large size, the XC90 has some cutting edge LED headlights that is completed with the hallmark Volvo grille resting in between. It simply gives off that menacing look.
The Swedish carmaker poured in a lot of effort in creating the XC90 as the vehicle is core in shaping the future of Volvo. The latter has already made it clear that they wish for the XC90 to take fuel efficiency on a new level, along with safety and driving experience.
Volvo’s Senior Vice President Design, Thomas Ingenlaath, said that “the overall impression, both exterior and interior, has a strong connection to the key elements of the Swedish lifestyle: the generous space, the celebration of light and the focus on wellbeing”.
True enough, the interior and exterior of the XC90 lived up to that statement and will surely be the SUV to look forward to when it gets released next year.
