Come next year, Honda will be launching a beast known as the Civic Type R. This upcoming vehicle has already got its concept unveiled and many are mesmerized by its new looks and design. It got more exciting when Honda revealed that the Type R won’t be any different from its concept.
Aside from being a fashion icon, the Type R is also going to exhibit the next-generation performance like no other. Just a month ago, 200 Type R owners were found in Belgium at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. They were called upon by Honda to get a preview of the Type R. The feedback from the drivers was very optimistic and Honda can’t wait to usher the vehicle into production.
It got more exciting after the Japanese carmaker revealed that a recent speed test makes the Type R the world’s faster FWD car to race on the Nurnberg track in Germany.
Of course, the Type R is still not fully completed and there could be more changes coming to the vehicle before it gets produced. For the fans, as long as the design looks like the concept, they will be more than happy.
