There is a great deal of anticipation for the next-gen Apple MacBook Pro and this is because of the possibility for the device to come with Intel’s Skylake on-board.
In case you are unaware, Skylake is going to be Intel’s first ever 14nm nanochips and it is expected to make its debut at the end of this month. While there might still be ample time for Apple to integrate the feature with the next-gen MacBook Pro, the company will avoid doing so.
This is because they need to unveil the production ready MacBook Pro at the ongoing WWDC event. Without Skylake, the MacBook Pro can’t be demonstrated and it will only destroy the tradition of WWDC.
This is unfortunate really as Skylake holds the potential to unlock the doors to new possibilities with the MacBook Pro but it has failed to happen.
