Part of Nissan’s recent success is heavily owed to the masses on the internet. The Japanese carmaker has been relying on social networks like Facebook to crowdsource for help on a particular project.
Last we saw Nissan did this was back in 2012 with the 370Z. Now, Nissan is doing it again but for the Titan vehicle. The company has collaborated with Wounded Warrior Project that is capable of tackling the rugged Alaskan wilderness.
The end product is a truck that has a trail attached to its rear. This will come in together with a new suspension lift, wheels, tires, and other modifications. Whatever that is decided on Facebook, will be utilized for Nissan’s expedition in the wilderness.
A team of adventurers will drive on the truck in Alaska and the footage will be shared on Nissan’s official YouTube channel.
Fans can start casting their votes on the vehicle at Nissan’s Facebook page now. We do hope that it will be the ferocious truck with the cute little trailer at its rear.
