Earlier this year, Kia launched the all-new Rondo and it is regarded as one of the best 7-seater vehicle in the market so far. On the outside, the Rondo looks compact and comes with four-doors. It sports a face like the Optima but has a narrower front.
The Rondo is also dubbed as one of the safest family car around as it comes with traction and stability control, hill assist control, three-point ELR seat belts for all occupants, reverse parking sensors and a reversing camera.
Under the hood, the Rondo is powered by the ‘NU’ direct-injection 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine that is meets Euro 5 requirements. The power mill is operated by a conventional 6-speed transmission and fuel consumption stands at 7.9L/100km.

Comfort is never an issue with the Rondo as it offers adequate for the passengers. While the cargo space is not big, the rear seats can be sacrificed to free up more room for luggages. There are three different cargo capacities starting from 103L to, 492L and maxed at 1650L.
Driving the Ronto can also be a pleasant experience. The leather seats and climate control air-con kept thing comfortable for the commuters and when required, the 2L engine can offer the power. Then again, it is the third-row seats that suffer the most as it lacks more leg room. Nevertheless, the Rondo’s smoothness and value makes it the ideal family vehicle around.
