The company called it the 2016 Ford Bronco and it will redefine a business ride in a mean machine. Of course, this upcoming 4×4 will be built with all the modern technologies. Blue Oval made it clear that it will inject the Bronco with SVT.
As such, there are three engines coming with the Bronco. They are revealed to be the 5.0-liter Coyote V-8 that pumps out 420 hp to an optional 4.9-liter Powerstroke V-6 diesel engine, the 4.9-liter Powerstroke delivers 330 hp as well as 645 lb-ft of torque and an all-new Powerstroke V-6 diesel engine.
Heck, Blue Oval hinted on a surprise V8 662hp engine from the Shelby to be ported into the Bronco. This will definitely launch the Bronco into space.
While it all sounds exciting, it hurts to see a disappointing end as the announcement was revealed to be nothing more than an April’s fool joke. Nevertheless, the idea of a 2016 Ford Bronco seems so real and who knows? Ford might just want to give the hype some rest as they work in peace.
