In the past we have seen refurbished version come in below $400, but this happens to be a first. $399 is a bargain really when you take into account the LCD display of 2560 x 1600, a 1.9Ghz Exynos processor, 3GB of RAM, 8MP camera and support for SD card. Of course there is also the stylus and the Wacom digitizer to take into account too.
