Simultaneously, there are no new Android smartphones on the market that have released with anything higher than Gingerbread. If anything, we may see the first Android 4.0 smartphone announced at the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona, Spain on February 27. As for rumored devices, word on the street suggests the HTC Zeta, Samsung Galaxy S3 and LG X3 will be coming with Android 4.0 preloaded when they arrive sometime this year.

As for existing Android tablets and smartphones, some manufacturers have gone ahead and confirmed which one of their current phones will be lucky enough to be getting the upgrade.
