While Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich rolled out months ago, there are only a handful of devices that are currently running it or upgradeable to – Samsung Galaxy Nexus, ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Prime and the Motorola XOOM WiFi.
Android 4.0 Ice Crem Sandwich upgrade list (phones and tablets)
Simultaneously, there are no new Android smartphones on the market that have released with anything higher than Gingerbread. If anything, we may see the first Android 4.0 smartphone announced at the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona, Spain on February 27. As for existing Android tablets and smartphones, some manufacturers have gone ahead and confirmed which one of their current phones will be lucky enough to be getting the upgrade.
