While the rollout of new Android devices with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich preloaded is off to a dismal start, manufacturers have already began to promise the latest update for their existing range of popular products.
Lenovo ThinkPad Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update
Lenovo for one has done just that for its ThinkPad Android tablet. According to PCWorld, Lenovo has announced that it will be bringing Android 4.0 to its ThinkPad Tablet sometime during Q2 of this year.
Lenovo joins other tablet manufacturers like Motorola, Samsung and HTC who have pledged to update their devices. However given that all Lenovo has to say in terms of a release date for the updat is the second quarter of this year, we wouldn’t get so excited just yet.
