Samsung are enticing users of the iPhone to move to their Samsung Galaxy S3 with a free copy of the software Easy Phone Sync. The app was designed to make transferring crucial data from the Apple iPhone to the Samsung GalaxyS3 much easier.
Samsung Galaxy S3 tempts iPhone users to Android with free Easy Phone Sync app for painless migration
The Easy Phone Sync software can transfer music from iTunes, videos, pictures, text messages and contacts, among other things. At the moment Samsung are providing the software free of charge only to those living in the UK.
There are plenty of reasons to make the move to the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung have no need to give away the software to encourage sales of the phone as pre-orders around world have exceeded expectations, causing delays. It has been reported to be one of the must have Android handsets of 2012 and for a very good reason. The phone comes with a 4.8 inch Super AMOLED HD screen and in the UK it has the quad core processor and 1GB of RAM. In the US we have a dual-core variant with 2GB RAM.
Nevertheless, one of the biggest targets Samsung have in mind with their Samsung Galaxy S3 is without a doubt iPhone users, the biggest untapped market of non-Android users. With the iPhone 4S left fending off the Galaxy S3 after the iPhone 5 was a no-show at WWDC 2012, Samsung appears to be bending over backwards to get iPhone converts while there is still a big chance.
