Motorola DROID RAZR No Longer World’s Thinnest Smartphone

If thin is your thing then you will be excited to hear about a new smartphone that manages to squeeze in slimmer than the 7mm thick Motorola DROID RAZR. The new release smartphone comes from a Chinese brand which goes by the name of Oppo. The phone is feather light and an incredibly svelte 6.65mm.

Oppo beats Motorola DROID RAZR for world’s thinnest smartphone title

When you look at the 6.65mm next to the more beastly iPhone, which is 9.3mm, the Galaxy S II at 8.45mm, and the Droid RAZR at 7.1mm, you can really imagine how thin this device really is.

The smartphone is Android powered and is called the Finder. The Finder comes with a 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 1GB oRAM and 16GB of storage built in to the device. Not only this, but it also has a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display and an 8-MP camera with 1080p video capture (sounds a lot like the Motorola DROID RAZR doesn’t it?).

The Oppo Finder will be available for pre-order from 6th June according to inside sources, and will be 3,999 yuan, which translated to approximately 632 USD. The price seems pretty reasonable to us, and once we have our hands on any more information on the phone, you will be the first to know.
