Upcoming Verizon Android phones (rumors): Samsung Galaxy S3, Motorola DROID RAZR HD & HTC ‘phablet’
The folks over at BGR has leaked today what they call an exclusive Verizon roadmap. While the blog has failed to actually put up a screenshot of this supposed roadmap, they ensure us that their sources are solid. The report reveals 3 upcoming Verizon phones: Samsung Galaxy S3, Motorola DROID RAZR HD and a HTC rival to the Samsung Galaxy Note.
BGR states that we can expect a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 to be revealed sometime in June, and the Motorola DROID RAZR HD and HTC phablet in the coming months. HTC’s Samsung Galaxy Note ‘killer’ purportedly boasts a 5-inch 1080p HD display with a non-PenTile layout, quad-core CPU, HTC Sense 5, and a Scribe pen. Not much intel is given on the other two upcoming Verizon phones but the blogosphere appears to have been ‘running’ for them for quite some time now: Motorola DROID RAZR HD is basically a DROID RAZR MAXX with a larger HD display, ICS keys and 13MP camera; Samsung Galaxy S3 boasts a quad-core processor, 12MP cam, 4.8-inch Super AMOLED Plus III display and 2GB RAM).
