Well that was quick. After a leaked screenshot surfaced that hinted we would see the Motorola DROID RAZR and Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX get their Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update next Wednesday, has one of the builds already leaked on to the Web.
Motorola DROID RAZR & MAXX Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update leaked
Since the Motorola Feedback Network sent out a soak test invite to DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX users, we were certain they had an almost final build (if not final) ready for the RAZR series. And it was only a couple of hours later that a leaked Android 4.0.3 (version 6.14.75) build was posted up by DroidRzr.com, more than likely the same one being used for the soak test.
From what we’ve heard so far by way of the couple of users who were daring enough to flash it on their Motorola DROID RAZR, there is a brand new webtop software, new radios, and a tweaked BLUR UI for Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Based on all this, the official Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Motorola DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX now looks almost confirmed to rollout next week. However if you can’t wait, hit the source link to download the leaked version from DroidRzr.
