While T-Mobile appeared to be off to a very slow start in 2012, things appear to be picking up now. After we saw the leaked T-Mobile inventory sheet hinting that the HTC Ville, Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G and Huawei Prism were on thier way to the pink carrier, you can now add the T-Mobile G4x to the list.
Upcoming T-Mobile G4x tipped
Coming by way of the folks over at PocketNow, the T-Mobile G4x obviously sounds like a successor to the popular and powerful G2x. According to the source, the G4x will come equipped with a 4.7-inch 720p HD display, 8-megapixel camera, 21Mbps HSPA+, 9mm thick body and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich preloaded.
Not much else is known about the T-Mobile G4x but it certainly appears to be competing with the HTC Ville for the title of flagship T-Mobile device of the quarter. Whether this will be enough to keep customers content until the Samsung Galaxy S3 releases is however still open to discussion.
